Start your engines and speed on over to Party Mums Racing car themed party. The perfect set up for party guests after a busy morning spent go-karting.
A bright party table with a chequered flag style table runner, decorated with mini road cones, flags and mini winners trophies fit the theme perfectly. The birthday cake, a tall Nutella filled sponge cake covered in buttercream, with sharp chocolate shards and a mini Ferrari style cake topper, was the ultimate centrepiece for this table and all part of the overall party design.
Decorations included a balloon wall in traditional racing colours of red, white, black and silver which made the perfect party backdrop. A coordinating balloon arch with a large ‘Welcome race fans’ flag, a large golden trophy balloon and a racing car balloon completely filled the room.
Party Mums created a long single racing track as an activity for guests, following the party food. Guests could make their own Lego version of a race car and send it speeding down the track. Who would build the fastest race car?
Mini ‘tool kit’ boxes for guests to take home included chocolate race cars and Lego mini figures and other race themed items.
It was clear after the party was over, the birthday boy had been in pole position all day and was the clear race winner!!
