Valentine’s 2021

Valentine’s day 2021 is a Valentine’s day like no other. At home in lockdown with your family means it’s all about sharing this special day together. Party Mums wanted to plan and style a mini Valentine’s set up that could be enjoyed by all ages and add a little bit of fun to this cute cupid tradition. This last year more than ever, we have all realised that what matters in life the most, is spending time with the ones you love.

A colour palette of gold and soft pink was used for this cute Valentine’s mini set up. Metallic hexagonal gold plates with delicate pink love heart plates on top, decorated with gold lips and eyelashes. How cute? Party Mums even commissioned matching cupcakes for the tableware, after all, it’s all about the little details. Love heart napkin rings, customised with neon pink ‘Love’ lettering held the wooden cutlery together and beautiful pink ombre effect paper cups completed the look.

Other details included a handmade gold mini piñata full of treats and an organic balloon garland in pink and white, with mini heart balloons, customised with cheeky text. Giant paper honeycomb balls and mini heart balloons decorated the floor area around the table and added an element of fun and play.

The main focus of the table had to be the tasty pink and white themed grazing platter. Percy pigs, jelly beans, mini marshmallows, pink shrimps, drumstick chews and pink chocolate love hearts. Which treat would you start with?
